How much are the Shipping Costs?
Spanish Gourmet ships to most EU Countries `{`and also the United Kingdom?`}`. Shipping Costs vary according to the country of destination, weight and applicable VAT. Shipping is free for orders over £30. For orders of less than £30, the Shipping Cost will be displayed at the Checkout on the Website.
How long will the order take to be delivered?
Your order should normally arrive at its destination in approximately 4-5 days after being placed. Spanish Gourmet cannot guarantee the arrival of your order to its destination in that time because Spanish Gourmet has no control over what happens after your order has been despatched, as sometimes delays or other situations in the course of the delivery. If something goes wrong, Spanish Gourmet will be very happy to help you find a solution to the problem. This includes claims to the courier, shipping the parcel again or refunding your money if the parcel is lost.
Will you get any compensation from Spanish Gourmet if your order is delivered late?
Your Order should take 4-5 days approximately to arrive at its destination. Spanish Gourmet will advise how many days it is expected your order will take to arrive by e-mail after the order is placed. If your order doesn’t arrive at its destination on time, you will have 3 `{`2`}` options:

1. Spanish Gourmet will refund 50% of the shipping costs (This applies whether you pay the shipping cost if you spend less than £30 or where Spanish Gourmet meets the Shipping Cost for an order of more than £30). Spanish Gourmet will refund the 50% of Shipping Cost by Bank Transfer.

2. Spanish Gourmet will give you a 50% discount of the shipping cost (This applies whether you pay the shipping cost if you spend less than £30 or where Spanish Gourmet meets the Shipping Cost for an order of more than £30) on your next order

If your order doesn’t arrive on time, this can be for reasons outside our control. It can be caused by the courier being unable to enter your property or because the address sent was incomplete. In these situations, we cannot offer any compensation.

What happens if my parcel gets lost or damaged?
If your parcel gets lost, Spanish Gourmet will send you a new one, or issue you with a full refund, depending on your preference. Spanish Gourmet packs the parcels very carefully, but foods are fragile and sometimes get damaged in transit. If the contents of your order get totally or partially damaged, we will ship a replacement or issue you with a full or partial refund, as is appropriate.
Could you give me a better price if I order the products in bulk?
Spanish Gourmet can give you a better price if you are a business and want to order in bulk, or if you are a private client and want to spend a lot of money on an order. If you want to do this, please send us an email explaining how many products you need and request prices. If you are a business, don’t forget to send us an email before you place a bulk order.
