Iberian Ham With Aromatic Herbs


We place the slices of Iberian ham on a plate and sprinkle them with the anise and basil. Then we add the 4 ground white peppers, salt and a splash of extra virgin olive oil and let it marinate for a few hours before eating. Before serving the calls on the toast and Sprinkle over the sauce that is left to marinate the ham.

We can serve more of the ham and serve it individually on a plate.
