Montadito of Iberian Ham
In a frying pan we fry the Iberian ham, the Bacon and the Longaniza until it takes some color, we take it out on a plate and reserve it. In the same frying pan, toast the bread with a little oil, subtract 1/2 clove of garlic and remove it to a plate.
We put a splash of oil on top of the bread, a little parsley cut very fine and put the ham, the bacon and Longaniza on top of the Bread as well and that’s it!
- 2 slices of a crusty loaf of bread
- 2 slices Iberian ham
- 2 slices Iberian bacon
- 2 pieces Iberian sausage
- 1 clove garlic
