OSTRICH EGG WITH IBERIAN BREAD
Firstly we cut onion to taste in very small pieces along with the garlic to taste as well and fry them until the garlic is slightly golden and the poached onion, when all this is fried we remove it and add it to the tomato sauce and heat a little this sauce and we put it aside because we will use it later.
After a frying pan with enough olive oil to fry the ostrich egg, we fry the egg with a little salt and pepper and take it out when it is fried and put it on a tray but not before putting the tomato sauce that we have made some minutes before all over the tray and on top of this sauce we put the ostrich egg, then and to finish the recipe we fry the Iberian bacon a little and put it on top of the egg and that’s it! An amazing ostrich egg !! I assure you !!
- 1 Ostrich Egg (equivalent to 20 or 24 Chicken eggs)
- 12 slices of bacon
- Olive oil come extra
